I got sucked in by a good salesman thats really the bottom line here.
First off, the day care and pool arent open "all the time" like the guy said.
Second, there are only 2 classes that involve the kids and they are full. The gut told me there were tons of things for children to do.
Third: i was told all classes were part of the cost of the membership and they are absolutely not.
Lastly and most importantly, my older kids cant use the gym unless i pau an aditional 150$ per kid!! I was told you could be 9 to join the gym and just needed an orientation. At 13 they dont need orientation. Now im told you have to be 14 to even go into the gym area and between 14 and 18 you need the orientation which is the 150$ thing per kid.

I found another gym with daycre thats half the price but no pool. Im checking it out tomorrow. Hopefully the other gym will give me my money back for lying to get me in

I'd talk to someone higher up until they give your money back. That's terrible that they were so misleading.

Definitely talk to a manager and demand a refund.  I'm sorry to hear that happened.  I know you were really excited.

I'd demand a refund! Good luck at the new gym.

Wow, I'm sorry! That really sucks.

I live in the boonies so I don't get the chance to go to a gym, so it would piss me off even more if one opened up here and they lied like that.

Yeah, they should definitely give you a refund. Let us know how it goes.
