So yesterday I was runnin on the treadmill while dd played in the basement. I was halfway through my toughest c25k to date (run 20min without stopping) when I heard an "uh oh, eeeew!" Not good when you're potty training! Sure enough dd pooped on the basement floor so I stopped to clean everything up, dd needed a bath, so I gave up on my run and went to clean everything up, then had to start supper.
It was really buggin me that I didn't finish so after dd went to bed I went back and started over and did the full session! I did have to take two short walking breaks (45 sec each) but it felt great to actually finish the session! 6 weeks ago me would have just turned in for the night! Tonight is my legs/abs strength training!
