I rode my bike to work today! Ill have to nstuh ride home (1.5 miles each way) then I plan to do some ab and leg workouts from spark people and then do my evening jog.

This morning I ran 5.15 miles in 42:40. Felt GOOOOOOD!!!

Waiting to see if ds (8 weeks) will nap today. Then will do ab lounge, squats, push ups, and 30 day shred. He's in his crib now and was asleep when I put him down but he's stubborn and will wake up 2 min later, lol.

Squats (including 3 sets of 5 at 100#s)
Bench press (3 sets of 5 at 60#s)
One arm DB rows (3 sets of 7 at 35#s, each arm)

I'm attempting my first Jazzercise class after taking 3 weeks off due to achilles tendonitis....I really hope it has healed enough!
