This morning I ran 5.15 miles in 42:40. Felt GOOOOOOD!!!
Back to running! I'm planning on 7 miles.

Waiting to see if ds (8 weeks) will nap today. Then will do ab lounge, squats, push ups, and 30 day shred. He's in his crib now and was asleep when I put him down but he's stubborn and will wake up 2 min later, lol.

I'm attempting my first Jazzercise class after taking 3 weeks off due to achilles tendonitis....I really hope it has healed enough!
