Time to get back on track!

I hate to admit I have not worked out in almost three weeks! From the last couple of weeks of school up until last week we have been crazy busy. Parties, end of year assignments, volunteering, summer activities, etc. My only real free time is during the evening and by then I am just wiped out. Thankfully I didn't gain anything, I actually lost! Guess it was all the running around. Going back to working out tonight and meal planning. I've been so busy there's been days I completely forgot to eat.

It sounds like you've been pretty active!  But good idea to get back into the routine of working out and eating well :)

Make a schedule for your days and stick to it....that is how I get stuff done....meal planning is key to my survival!
