I'm heading to the gym after I take my son to school (rare for me, but since I have the chance...), then we're spending the day painting our living room (I can't wait to see it done!!!!!).
today is cardio day at the gym for one hour. i also have my weightloss support group this evening.
Yoga! I need to stretch out:)
No walking for me since it's pouring outside. So, I'll be working out to either a Biggest Loser dvd or Jessica Smith video. I need a good sweat :-)
Need to get on the wii
20 minutes of yoga and 30 min on the ski machine! I am still trying to get the hang of the My fitness Pal app on my phone, but it has been a huge help in counting my calories. I was surprised to see that I was eating far less calories than I had thought! I guess that means I get to add in some more snacks throughout the day ;)
