Do you use a device like fitbit to monitor your caloric intake or track it the old fashioned way?

I currently use MFP, but I used to have a Fitbit.  And actually, the two work in tandem- if you want to maximize the Fitbit (which, if you're going to spend money on it, might as well!), it connects with MFP (or its own site, but I like MFP better) so you can really compare what you're burning with what you're taking in.

If you get a Fitbit, get a leash for it!  Mine fell off, which is why I don't have it anymore.  It had fallen off several times before, but was caught by the leash, but I went out for a run without it, and dropped it somewhere (and of course, it was a long run, so NO way to go back for it).
