I couldn't finish a piece of chocolate cake! I skimped on dinner, even! Yesterday was my anniversary (and my half way mark. I've lost 30lbs) and I have been planning a splurge for two weeks. Two whole weeks of planning on face planting into this cake. I made hubby his favorite dinner at home and then we went to Max and Ermas for dessert. I tried but I literally could not finish the cake or the ice cream. While I know this is an awesome achievement. My stomach has shrunk so I can't just stuff it to bursting anymore. I feel just a little sad. Lol can anyone else understand?

Oh yes, when I had lost 80 pounds before pregnancy, I was sad that I couldn't finish a medium pizza by myself any more lol!! Just a couple slices and that was even pushing it.

Good job!

LOL, yep, I can relate!  It's both empowering and disappointing!  =)

Yes! I can't do that anymore either. I'm glad I'm not the only one. Thanks

Their tortilla soup is so good! It's been years since I've had their food, but I remember it was yummy.

I totally get it! I haven't been able to really eat dessert in a while, even on my birthday! It's awesome but it sucks all at the same time.

I haven't kept sweets in the house since I have no will power. I guess it really has changed how my body responds to it. I just never thought I could ever get enough chocolate cake! Wahhhhhh
