I'm 17 years old, and I have a son that is a month and six days old. I'm trying to lose at least 20-25 pounds, but I don't know what kind of foods are healthy to eat and which ones aren't. Well, obviously junk food is not healthy but what other foods aren't good to eat? What should I eat for breakfast/ lunch/ snack and dinner? What kind of exercises help you lose belly fat and thigh fat?
