Well its that time of month!!!! BUMMER LOL I am fighting the food cravings!!! Lost the battle tonight... having fried thin loin pork chops with mashed potato's and veggies. I will def watch my portions I've already got on my app and figured out how much I can have! I did have just a small salad for lunch and breakfast was an apple.
Of course I plan to workout tonight b/c after tomorrow the "bad days" will hit and I will pretty much be on the sofa curled up!!!
