Last week: 154.6
This week: 154.0

Total lost this week: -.6
Total lost this challenge: -8.2

This weeks goal: 153.0
Ultimate goal: 140

I didn't reach last weeks goal, but I'm okay with that. I'm not certain that my eating is 100% where it needs to be, and my exercise seems pretty hit and miss. I'm okay with that. Right now my priorities are family and school. A weight loss of about a pound a week is just an added bonus =)

Start weight 145.7

Last week 144.5

This week 143.4

Problem is I am all over the place during the week and I had a horrible weekend....gained a ton but mainly from sodium so hope to be back to where I was by Friday. I also need to catch up on my sleep....so hot here at night right now.
