I did week7d2 2.5 miles in just over 25 min! I did most of it at a 6mph pace, and then the rest at 5.7. I also decided to keep walking for the cool down beyond the normal 5 min since I was waiting to cycle laundry. I did 4 miles in 48 min 9 sec!! Compare that to the 4 Mile race I did last year this weekend at 1hr 15 min!!
My race is coming up July 6. I know I won't run the whole thing but my only goal is to finish in under an hour. Yay! I'm becoming a runner!!!
