Going to the gym tonight and we need to get back in the swing of things (myself and the husband)

thanks! Matt got the membership and it has a guest pass and child care. So we can go at night, or he can take longer lunches and go during his lunch break.
I just need to stick with it, once I'm out of the habit of working out, it's hard to get back into it

make that a total of 7.2 for the day, time of 27:50 for the whole shebang. Plus .72 miles on the treadmill at various speeds and inclines (total of 10 minutes)
Also, a 3RM on the lat pull down and the leg press (75 and 180 respectively)
