That's 62 minutes on the elliptical last night. :) This is good for me, not only 62min but 52 of them were working as hard as I could. Fast and medium paced. I'm so happy! I used to only be able to go 10-15 minutes.
In fact last night I wanted to quit at 18min. My feet were hurting but I told myself "One more song" then I zoned in and just rocked out to my music until 50min, then I was like "I made it this far just 3 more songs" and I totally forgot to get off until my husband called. I was out of breath, couldn't speak, but my feet didn't hurt anymore and my whole body was tingling and I felt great! I was bouncing around the house for the rest of the night. :)
I also lifted last night but mfp doesnt count my lifting for some reason. Either way I did it and feel fantastic.
