Define plateau? How long have you been at your weight? Are you dieting? Are you exercising? Are you counting calories?
Try mixing things up. Eat a bit more for a day or two. Eat different things for a day or 2. Stop exercising for a day or 2. Shock your system up a bit.
You may not be eating enough. It might also be good to try another workout.
