Any tips on how to break through a plateau?

Define plateau?  How long have you been at your weight?  Are you dieting?  Are you exercising?  Are you counting calories?

Try mixing things up.  Eat a bit more for a day or two.  Eat different things for a day or 2.  Stop exercising for a day or 2.  Shock your system up a bit.

I've been the same eight for over a month now. I track my calories and exercise at Sparkpeople.com. I workout 5 days a week using Jillian Michaels DVDs. I'll try changing up my calorie intake for a few days to see if that works :/

You may not be eating enough.  It might also be good to try another workout.

As mentioned....eat more clean food....and on top of that....lift heavy! Regardless of what the girls on the DVD are doing.
