This weeks goal: 153.0
Ultimate goal: 140

Blah! I'm not sure how accurate this is-- but I didn't have time to completely use the bathroom before weighing in this morning and I wasn't done breastfeeding. I guess we'll just see how it goes next week =)

I gained a pound....bouncing between 144 and 147 for many months now.....have to change osmething if I expect to get below 143 and reach my goal of 130.
