My husband is trying to lose his stomach. He is very fit, works out all the time, eats right, just has a stomach which is harder to get rid of. He is only eating 100 carbs a day. It seems to be working, but is that okay to do? I understand eating low carbs, but that just seems like so little. Maybe it is because I do not know much about this stuff. He told me I should do the same, What are your thoughts on this? Also, if you are counting calories and eating the correct amount for losing weight, you should lose some pounds without exercising correct? Obviously I know exercise is important and would help it go faster, but for example if I ate my BMR every day I should lose weight right? I am getting so discouraged with this stuff!
