Grilled salmon - Serves 2
8 ounces salmon
2 tsp olive oil
Pinch salt and pepper
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup basil leaves, torn
Apple wood chips (optional)
1. Preheat your grill. Take apple wood chips if using and spread on grill slats. This gives the fish an awesome smoky flavor.
2. Mix oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and basil in small bowl. Brush onto salmon.
3. Grill for 15-20 minutes, skin side down. No flipping necessary. Fish is done when it is firm.
Great with salad or fresh roasted veggies :)
