ok so dieting for a week straight, down 4 lbs and pretty bummed.i know i need to do it slowly but i feel like it should have been more. still doing the shakes but eating as well. house is napping so i cant make a shake for lunch so i had a small yellow bell pepper, less than half a cucumber, 1 small tomato & some tuna for lunch. ill make a shake for a snack when they get up. did a walk this morning & will take one later. gonna see how the next week goes even with the holiday coming up.
