Do you use it? If so, what was your reason for switching? What brand do you use? Sweetened or not? Original or vanilla?

I prefer Silk Almond Milk in Vanilla. For me, it was more out of necessity than a choice. Dairy (milk especially) makes my face break out like no ones business, and as soon as I stopped 90% of my dairy consumption, my face cleared up. However, I mostly just use it in my coffee or tea. I don't eat cereal or anything.

That's all my family drinks now. Original, unsweetened, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze.

Humans are the only species that injest another species milk. Yuck!

I just bought the Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Original and I like it so far. I had some in my coffee and made a little chocolate milk with it.

I love it! I use the silk unsweetened. I switched because it is healthier and has fewer calories and less fat per serving. Plus, I hate regular milk!

I started drinking it when I was breast feeding dd and she was allergic to milk and soy. After I switched I just couldn't switch back to cows milk. Now she's still sensitive to milk, so it's better for her too.
