3 moms liked this
Dr Oz is a quack and I don't tend to do anything but run from his endorsements. Sorry.

banging head into wall

I'm going to have to say no.  To anything endorsed by that man.  He's SUCH an endorsement whore, and will literally sign his name on anything that's willing to pay him to do so.  Stay away from gimmicky products!!

Some of that stuff he says on his show is not true, and that fat flush, green coffee beans,  and garcinia cambogia extract  is a lie, people on facebook lying about the stuff he talks about

Every time I hear about some weight loss thing that Dr Oz has talked about or pushed...I cringe now

*the only thing I'd go with that I've heard from him about it -is to be VERY careful about HCG (though he never said NOT to use it...ugh)

Yeah, he's kind of ridiculous!  I started watching the show only because my MIL kept asking me about all these hairbrained things he was talking about on the show (not only weight-loss related).  I can't tell you how many times I wanted to throw things at the TV!  I finally had to stop watching because it was just too painful.
