ID LIKE TO KEEP TRACK WITH SOMEONE / A GROUP AND JUST KEEP A LOG OF WHAT WE ATE, DRINK, WEEKLY/BI-WEEKLY WEIGH IN, WHATEVER ACTIVITY (WALKING, NO RUNNING FOR ME, RUNNING ERRANS/LOTS OF MOVING, WORKOUT VIDEO ETC) ,GIVE  ANY SUGGESTIONS/ADVICE THAT MAY HELP OR YUMMY HEALTHY RECIEPES. SO  IF YOU NEED HELP GETTING STARTED OR JUST A WEIGHTLOSS BUDDY LETS GET STARTED :)
