Finally I broke through my plateau, I was at 220 for several weeks!! Then finally after hard work I weighed and I was 216 that was just a week ago. I step on scale every other day to make sure I am not slipping. I've been doing really good with my food choices. I've been working out (walking and taking hip hop/zumba class), I do this 3-4x a week. Well I step on scale today and I am back to 220!!! GEEZE!!! How can this be???
