I am trying to figure out how many calories I should be eating a day and I get a million different answers on sites that I have tried. I am 5 foot 6, 138 lbs and have a 2 month old that I exclusivley breastfeed. I am looking to lose just a little bit more weight and I feel like I have been eating too few calories. My milk supply hasnt been affected I dont think but I know in some cases you have to "eat more to lose more". Also, how much water should I be drinking?
