Tonight, I did 7 miles on the exercise bike in 26:35. The resistance was only 1-2, but the resistance on my bike is way harder than the one at the gym.
Hoping to keep this and the squat challenge up, along with some running (can you say tired legs?) and drop some weight. I'm still at 165, but when I hit 140 I want to reward myself with a new tattoo or covering up one of the ones that got distorted with weight changes.
