Tonight, I did 7 miles on the exercise bike in 26:35. The resistance was only 1-2, but the resistance on my bike is way harder than the one at the gym. 


Hoping to keep this and the squat challenge up, along with some running (can you say tired legs?) and drop some weight. I'm still at 165, but when I hit 140 I want to reward myself with a new tattoo or covering up one of the ones that got distorted with weight changes.

I'm aiming for at least 400 miles in 2013 and to lose 45 pounds, watch me reach my goal

Good job! I can't stand riding bikes myself, so I don't think I could do all that!

Congrats!! Add in some liifting if you want to really lose the weight!! :)

I want to lift, but I don't have a proper trainer... my brother could help but he seems to think if I can't shrug 100 pounds, then I'm not worth his time, lol

That's GREAT!! I am the same as you as far as I wiegh 165 and am trying to get to 140 also. I am on week one of P90X. Today was rest day. Thank goodness. Haha.

140 isn't my ultimate goal, more like a halfway(ish) point. My ultimate goal is 125-130
