protein powder suggestions please

Im looking for suggestions of what kind of protein powder i can add to smoothies i make for the kiddos and i with breakfast. Not looking to bulk up or anything, just want some extra protein. Dd wont eat meat so i try and get protein wherever i can. Thanks in advance.

we use truenutrition.com for ours.they have lots of flavors and you can add whatever you want into it. its vet reasonably priced too!

I like Vega products.  Check out the Vega One nutritional shake.  You can get it at Whole Foods and other stores that carry natural stuff.  It's not loaded with sugar and weird ingredients, which I like.  I also use the performance protein, but it's more for weight training, and probably not a good idea for young kids.

I like body by vi, but it has soy in it so if there is an intollerance I would stear clear. only 1 flavor *sweet cream* but you can add anything and everything to it.. :)
