Start weight: 162.2
Last week: 154.0
This week: 152.2

Total lost this week: -1.8
Total lost this challenge: -10

Next weeks goal: 151.0
Ultimate goal: 140

Finally a loss!!! Plus a loss of 10 pounds in 10 weeks. That's exactly what I've been aiming for. Exercise wise it still feels pretty hit and miss. Luckily my eating has been dang good this week. Also I've upped my exercise-- so on the days I do have the time to get something in, it's about double what I would normally do. 140's are coming soon!

Starting weight: 171

Last week: 162

This morning: 158 THAT was a shock to say the least- like holy crapballs.  I'd hit 159 yesterday, so I TOTALLY expected to see my weight float back up to 160 today.  Nope!  WOW.

I'm curious for tomorrow, since I did a 4 hour run today.  LOL
