Opinions? Do you think is something that could actually work?
I know Diet is imperative, that's a given.
Also, while I'm on the topic, I know a lot of ladies are doing P90X and most people pair it with butt lift. How do you ladies like it? I want a better routine than I've got right now.
Oh, and 3rd question. I eat decent, but I'm sure I could do better. I have a very low budget so organic generally isn't an option. Any links to good diet plans for a breastfeeding mom, or ideas of what I should add to my grocery list?
