5-6 days a week

1-2 hours usually  *sometimes can be like 40 min or 3 hours

5 times a week (2 hours 3 days a week, 1 hour 2 days a week). I've been lazy on the weekends, but I'm hoping to start doing more workout dvds at home in addition to my workout classes.

I use to work out 5-6 times a week, but it has been awhile since I have been to the gym. I hope to be able to start again today. It is hard to get back into routine when you have stopped for awhile.

I totally understand this, I did good for a month I was going to the gym 5-6 days a week. Then I stopped and just started back on Sunday.
