Veggies and hummus is my favorite right now. And watermelon! We've been going through a watermelon every 2-3 days since summer started.

for lunch I always cut up a whole lot of diff veggies, cook them in some sesame seed oil, mix in your fave herbs and spices, add an egg at the end when the heats off and stir till cooked through and then smother in greek yogurt. ok not so quick and easy but tastes so good I have it everyday! and you can change flavours and tastes to how you like it with spices and diff veggies. yummo
