Before I get my period I am super hungry. I have cut my portion sizes back to pre-pregnancy health weight sizes. I over did it during preggo days. I notice though before I get my period I am extra hungry. It makes it tough to stick to my program. Does anyone else get this hunger surge along with PMS symptoms? I usually listen to my body and cravings as I believe it is my body telling me I need a certain nutrient.
Do you combat the hunger or eat a little more?
