This always make me so hungry!

Before I get my period I am super hungry. I have cut my portion sizes back to pre-pregnancy health weight sizes. I over did it during preggo days. I notice though before I get my period I am extra hungry. It makes it tough to stick to my program. Does anyone else get this hunger surge along with PMS symptoms? I usually listen to my body and cravings as I believe it is my body telling me I need a certain nutrient.
Do you combat the hunger or eat a little more?

I plan out my day of food every morning- so I just stick to it  if I want something specific, I try to work it into the day by lowering the calories of other things so I can have it

I do the exact same thing when I am PMSing! It's awful!!!! I just try to stick to a healthy food/snack and don't beat myself up about it and try to put in some extra cardio if I can.....not that I can always do that with an 8.5mo DS! lol!
