How do you start your day?
The first thing I do when I wake up is have a cup of green tea with honey followed by my breakfast =) And then I workout a little while after that ;)
I work, so during the week my day starts off like this - get up, shower, dress, drink a Shakeology shake, go to work, coffee and small snack/breakfast.
coffee first- then usually about 2 hours later- food. If I'm going to zumba in the morning (9:30 class), I'll eat about a half hour before I leave
I chug a bottle of water.
wake up at 5am, head downstairs and workout. there are times im still wiping the eye boogers out as i'm warming up LOL

On a normal day, I wake up before everyone else... drink a coffee and go for a run. Usually everyone is awake by the time I get back.
I weigh myself, start brewing my coffee..feed the kids and then eat my breakfast. Once I'm done with my 2 cups..I'll do my workout before lunch- usually around 1130.
