What are your favorte workouts? How much weight have you lost doing them and in what amount of time?

Les Mills Combat, Insanity, and Hip Hop Abs. I have lost 30 pounds so far and tons of inches. Going to be starting T25 in couple of weeks.

zumba and belly dance

I also love pilates 

I have lost 63 lbs in about 15 months doing those- and a bit of walking on a treadmill, piyo, and weights (we have a small machine and light weights)  and counting calories.

I started with 15 min a day of working out and now I average 1-2 hours a day (some days 3)  5-6 days a week

Right now - 45-60 minutes of cardio (typically brisk walking or jogging/running 5 days a week) and 30-45 minutes of strength training.  Working on making sure it is something I can stick with and not just "another diet"....

This time around, I am down about 16 lbs since the end of April with another 11 lbs to go to my first goal... Then I will re-evaluate and decide where to go from there.

Running, especially trail running, with strength training, biking and swimming

Combined with clean eating.

113 lbs lost in 2.5 years.

Still working on the clean eating thing!  Some days I think I do great - other days, not so much!  But, FWIW - I am finaly away from the Crystal Light flavor pack things and have switched over to iced greem tea or iced decaf black tea in the evenings - and I have cut back to 1 little packet of slenda or stevia for a pint instead of all the sweetness I was using before.  I am making progress....

I'm not perfect either!  But we do what we can as humans, right?  =)

P90x is my favorite!! I just started P90x2 This week...I've lost 5 lbs. I'm looking forward to seeing more results =)
