I am working on the 5k to 10k app and did 4-10min jogs with 1 minute of walking in between. I did it on the treadmill since we're leaving to go camping tomorrow and the jogging stroller is already packed. I ran most of the segments at a 5.5 and other than being slightly bored I felt like the run was EASY! When I started c25k I alternated between a 4.5 and 5 and that was ROUGh and I was only going for 1-2 min at a time!! It's amazing how far I've come since the end of may!
