Been a long time-update/calorie update needed

Hey everyone! It's been a really long time. I don't get on here too much any more but I wanted to check in and update. I completed a round of p90x and am 3 weeks in to Insanity. I have lost 47 lbs and went from a size 17 pant to a 9/10. It's crazy. I still have almost 30 lbs to get to my goal...if its even possible...but hey I'm not willing to give up yet. I've come too far and fought too hard.

Anyway, I'm really wanting to double check my calorie intake with you ladies to make sure I'm continuing down the right path. Ive used the book, the calculstor on bb's web site, asked my coach and gotten 3 different answers lol. so i figured i ask you ladies here you have always pointed me in the right direction. 

Here we go:

age 33

height 5'2"

weight 144

exercise insanity 6 days a week (month 1 right now)

***ebf my 18 month old. Just for naps and bedtime 2-3x times a day.


Any help you can give is greatly appreciated! Thanks so much.

BMR: 1417+250 ( BFing 2-3x per day)=1667

Maintenance while working out 3-5 days per week ( 6 day is for athletes): 1667*1.55=2583

To lose 1 lb per week: 2583-500=2083

Your ideal calorie range is 1667-2083 calories per day.

Thank you so much for all of your help. I really appreciate it. I will need to change my calories a little bit. I think I had thm too low. I hope you have a wonderful day.
