omelet: two whole eggs, cheese, onions, broccoli
3 pieces bacon
6 oz. glass veggie juice
It's a light morning- my 2 cups of coffee and a Quakers Banana Nut bar. Expecting a big lunch since we're heading out to the city soon.
2 boiled eggs and a fruit smoothie with almond milk =)
