Any workouts today ladies?
Does stumbling out the door to go to the chiropractor/kinesiologist count? LOL I can barely move this morning! Maybe I'll be able to get in a walk before the heat hits.
I did some early morning Yoga...was going to hit the road for a run, but after running a ton of hills yesterday, my calves and shins are not happy with me.. IF the weather holds, I might force Lilly to hit the tennis courts or pickleball courts with me later and hit the pool... not sure though as we have plans to kidnap their GGM today and take her with us to the movies and lunch.

Runtime first thing this morning 10k+ then legs and triceps at the gym :)
