New and Need encouragement and Help
Hello - I am new to group and have a hard time with exercise as does my husband.
We have given up Soda and snack foods like chips, candy, cookies, icecream since dec, 2012.
We are sincerely overweight and have trouble with excersize due to injuries.
I have a couple of questions -
We have tried to increase water - Taking Multi Vitamins and now use stevia as sugar sub
Dont get me wrong - we still have takeout but control portions for that too.
We increase Veg and Fruit - we have salad more now than ever before and we actually like it. I have always loved Salad But not my Dh but he is getting better about it.
* What is clean Eating?
* Ideas needed for recipies and excersize for back, neck and edema?
