That's how it goes for me most of the time...sucks.
In fact- a couple days ago, I posted how I'd finally hit my goal of 175 after fighting about 5 weeks with being 176ish...but then yesterday was my son's birthday-so cake...and enchiladas...and this morning the stupid scale said 177.5
UGH...I knew better when I pulled it out -but got on it anyway. Hopefully, it drops again FOR GOOD and SOON!

Try to make sure you are drinking the same amount of water each day. If you have say 4 or 5 bottles a day then have it one or two days where you have 8-10 it can do that.

Try to go by measurements, and pics.not what the scale says. your body is gaining muscle which i tighter and leaner than fat. think of it like, a pound of fat is the size of a grapefruit a pound of muscle is the size of a peach. :) good luck on your journey!! message me anytime
