I'm 25 134lbs 5 foot 2 inches tall and I work out six days a week.

BMR: 1411

Maintenance while working out 3-5 days per week ( 6 days is for athletes or those working out 2+ hours per day..if you are doing so, let me know and I'll do that formula): 1411*1.55=2187

To lose 1 lb per week: 2187-500=1687

Your ideal calorie range while working out 3-5 days per week is 1411-1687 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week.
