My goal was to make it to kickboxing 3 days this week and I did it. I typically go once every other week, sometimes not that often. Ive sprained my knee and ankle Since the end of May. Totally kills the motivation.
I'm planning on going tomorrow again.
My other goal was to log onto myfittnesspal everyday for the week. I'm 3 days in.
