When I finally stopped making excuses,

I started to see results.

I love this group and it's very motivating once you get going. But for me, I felt like I could give excuses and "get away with it".. if that makes sense. My friends were the same way. They let me make excuses and coddle me.

When I finally stopped making excuses and whining, I started to work SO much harder and I finally saw results.

If you're at the excuse making stage, now is the time to stop feeling sorry for yourself and start moving. The feeling you will get when you post before/after photos is worth it all... I promise!

My only wish is that I would've started eating better (not calorie wise, but quality wise) when I first started. My progress would have been MUCH faster.

May - size 22.. okay probably 24.. I was busting out of them.

July -- size 17/18

If I can do it, ANYONE CAN.. but the excuses HAVE to go.

Most days, I track my calorie intake on MFP. It can vary from 1400-2200 depending on how I'm feeling, what I've eaten, and how much I've worked out.

I exercise for 1.5-2 hours a day, but that isn't necessary for weight loss... I just made the time to do that because I want to see faster results.
