Doctor nixed the idea of starting up the exercise plan for another couple of weeks.  Things in my neck/shoulders/back still aren't solid enough to handle it.

It's depressing.  My weight's holding/dropping off VERY slowly, but I notice that I've lost muscle tone....all that I worked for and earned has disappeared.

is walking considered too much?  if not that would help, get a few laps around your neighborhood?

Keep up the good work with your diet...good luck.

I can walk, yes.  I just want to do more than that, like some jogging or even my Insanity DVDs.
