It's almost time for me to go back to work. I need snacks that I can eat in 2 minutes between classes & snacks for my 6 year old for after school.

I have a fridge in my classroom.

I've got...

Hard boiled eggs
Almonds
Yogurt
Fruit
Veggies
Granola bars

Other ideas??

Cheese sticks, small bags of popcorn, cottage cheese and fruit (mixed together is yummy)

Good planning!

While your list might look short....there is a good variety of fruits, same with veggies. Granola bars aren't as healthy as you think...just read the lables to be sure it is something you want. Your 6 year old might need a bigger snack after school, depending on what time you have dinner....my kids are usually starving. Whole grain bread with peanut butter would be a good choice.
