I'm considering buying one for when I return to work. I love smoothies & can mix in some of the milk boosting ingredients I was planning to eat in lactation cookies (oatmeal, flax seed, brewer's yeast).
Berries, Greek yogurt, oatmeal, flax seed, brewers yeast, honey.... Sounds like a yummy, fast breakfast.
Anyone have one? Does it work as well as the infomercial? A super clean eater & trainer I know has one & loves it. I'm wanting more opinions!
