This is difficult

The beginning of exercising regularly I am finding difficult. Two days ago I started exercising and yesterday I woke up sore so I did some stretches and some light exercises. Today I woke up even more sore than yesterday and it hurts every time I move effectively making me not want to exercise but I will be forcing myself to do it here soon and try as best as I can to get through the horrid muscular pain.

Is there anything I can take just to help a bit with the soreness I am having?

maybe pop some ibuprofen and a hot shower?

make sure you drink lots of water too

I have no idea. I eat chicken and eggs. Those are the only things I know that have protien in them.

Stretch every few hours. It prevents the lactic acid build up in your system (which is the cause of the pain)

as counter-intuitive as this sounds, KEEP MOVING.  make sure you warm up your muscles ffully before exercising and do a full cool down.
