# So I need help calculating my BMR

I was told to include some info:

height- 5'1"

weight- 170lbs

25 years old

I work out 3-5 days a week doing an intense cardio workout and typically burn 460 calories each time (not counting if I go do some laps in the pool after)

and I am a breastfeeding mom

So I have been told that it is around 2000ish, but as many opinions as possible would be nice so I know for sure.  Thanks

BMR: 1563+500 ( BFing)=2063

Maintenance while working out 3-5 days per week: 2063*1.55=3197

To lose 1 lb per week: 3197-500=2697

Your ideal calorie range is 2063-2697 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week.

You can use myfitnesspal. It is free and you can customize it to reflect my numbers. Once you sign up, go to goals, customize, and put in a mid range number and submit.
