So, I'm thinking of getting one- my question is do you get one? or two?

also any ideas on a good weight to start with? I've seen 5, 8, 10, 25  I'm thinking 10 -but having never used one I have no idea how hard/ tiring it really is. I do know I need more weight related work outs though so...

*we have a small wieght machine and I am usuing it set at about 20-25ish right now and I do pilates/ piyo every week

any thoughts?

Start small!! Kettlebells are super deceiving. They look easy to incorperate and easy to use but good grief do they give you a workout and you feel it quickly!

Start with 5 or 8 and buy a heavier one later on. They go all the way up to 50 or so pounds :)

I have a 25lb one at home (biggest one I could get at the store) but I use 35 at CrossFit. I started with 15 at CrossFit when I first started there. I think anything less than 15 can do more harm than good because you need it to feel somewhat heavy to get proper form.
