So, I'm thinking of getting one- my question is do you get one? or two?
also any ideas on a good weight to start with? I've seen 5, 8, 10, 25 I'm thinking 10 -but having never used one I have no idea how hard/ tiring it really is. I do know I need more weight related work outs though so...
*we have a small wieght machine and I am usuing it set at about 20-25ish right now and I do pilates/ piyo every week
