Ugh, I like to shake what my mama gave me (she gave me more than I need to be honest) and so I like to Zumba , and I would Zumba more (because I need to) but about halfway into class I get a horrible side stitch. I've been Zumba-ing for nearly a year (sporadically) and this has started in the last couple weeks. I have tried eating before I go and eating a only a little, and not eating. I have tried dancing through the pain, and deep breathing, and finally had to take a brake today (during one of my favorite dances, grrrr). Any suggestions on how to rid my side of the stitch?
