Day 30 Progress! *Pics*

Yesterday was Day 30 of doing DDP Yoga. I've lost 9.5 inches! 3 are gone from my waist and 2.5 from my under bust, dropping me from a 38 bra band size to a 36! I've also lost 3 lbs. This is without being able to eat all that well. What we eat has been ok, but I haven't been eating enough, especially to compensate for nursing. We are more than broke at the moment, so I'm doing the best I can...getting better at making homemade food. Lots of bone broths, beans and rice, etc. They are healthy and cheap.

I've gained some flexibility and my tummy is shrinking too. I am so happy that my skin is actually firmer than I thought. It doesn't look like it'll be too saggy and droopy given enough time. I was so afraid of that. You can see the difference in the pictures...it's not as wrinkly as I expected. :D
