Back Fat?

I have been working out like crazy and noticing a transformation in my legs, arms, abs, butt, tummy. However, I have back fat that is not going anywhere. I have back fat and a bulge of fat from my bra. What exercises work for you to get rid of back fat? Any tips? 

I hope I am not the only one with this problem.

You cannot spot reduce fat.  If there is fat there, you cannot tone it away.  You have to continue dieting until all the fat is gone.

cardio, clean eating and lifting.  that's the only way.

One thing I've heard (not sure of the validity) is that you lose weight in the reverse order you put it on. So if you put weight on in your back first, belly second, thighs third, all the way up to fingers, you will lose in your fingers, thighs, belly then back. Be patient and stick with it.

You are not alone. I have back fat too.
